April 14 Update

April 14, 2020 

The Braymer C4 School District Building and Grounds to remain closed for academic on-site classes thru May 18, 2020.

The 2019-2020 school year will continue to offer students online educational resources thru May 18, 2020. Students will be allowed to pick up their personal belongings from the school starting on May 12th and 13th. The building will be open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm each day. Social Distancing Rules will apply. Only 2 families at a time will be allowed to enter the building.

*Elementary students will be able to pick up their “pre-bagged” belongings on their designated teachers table located in “Hometown Heroes Hall”.

**The MS/HS students will have access to their lockers to clean out. All school supplies/books/computers that have been assigned to a student are to be returned to each of the students assigned teachers designated table located in the school cafeteria. A check list will be located on each teacher table for the student to verify that he/she has turned in all school assigned supplies/books/computers.

All A+ tutoring logs need to be turned in to Mrs. O’Dell by April 24, 2020.

Again, new school work will continue to be available on the District web site thru May 18th.
Breakfast and Lunches will continue to be provided thru the May 18th as well.

The dates, times, and offerings of Summer School is still to be determined at this time. We will have more information regarding Summer School when more information becomes available.

**The Braymer C4 School District has rescheduled the Graduation ceremony from May 10, 2020 to July 19, 2020 at 2:00 pm for the Braymer Senior Class of 2020. The effective graduation date will remain May 10, 2020. At this time the 2020 graduation ceremony format itself is planned to proceed as it has in years past.

**Should Covid-19 Social Distancing guidelines remain in effect for the July 19, 2020 date an alternative graduation program will be implemented, consisting of a Graduation Parade Format. More information on how a Graduation Parade would work will be made available, only if warranted.
