Summer Reading Challenge Students Rewarded
With a Trip To Worlds of Fun
Reading during summer break is very crucial in order for students to maintain the skills learned during the school year. Research has found that children lose 1 to 3 months of learning over the summer. In order to help encourage and motivate the students to read over summer break, Braymer C-4 put together a “reading challenge.” The challenge ran from May 23-August 16. Students who met this challenge were rewarded with a trip to Worlds of Fun on August19.
Those students who met all the requirements were Emma Hall, Sarah Williams, Emily Epperson, Delaney Davies, Jazzmin Kelly, Emma Anderson, Addyson Sweem, Addyson Wenzl, Jenna Feil, Karly Cox, Jordyn Meseberg, Karissa Rogers, Aidan Tuck, Lexi O'Dell, Raylee Hawkins, John Allee, Karsyn Cox, Abby Pennington, Kialynn Sanders, Kayla Henry, Paityn Hall, Colson Moore, Garrett Nyquist, Aydan Ramsey, Dustin Davies, Shelby Davies, Jason Gates, Stephanie Gates, London Shoemake, Tori Smith, Cody Pennington, Jonathon Feil, Jake Henry, and Kenzie Hawkins.
